空气负离子浓度仪是吸引空气（或者带有离子存在的气体）通过带电的平行极化电极板进行计数空气中的正、负离子（气体）浓度的，外侧二板保持极化（正、负）电势。中间是线性检测器板。空气的孔隙是4MM，极化区的电势是1000V/M。既可测定正离子，又可测定负离子.也可测定有关机体的负离子浓度，如环境、固体物质（石头和灰）、布匹、纤维等。
